Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Payment is due in full prior to or on completion of service unless otherwise agreed
  • Prices are fixed per property size, not hourly
  • Payments are processed securely. We do not store card details

2. Access & Preparation

Clients must ensure:

  • Full access to the property at the agreed time
  • Utilities (water and electricity) are available
  • Property is free of hazards

Clnr is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or utilities.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may be charged up to 50%
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 100%
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

4. Service Scope

  • Airbnb turnover cleans are maintenance cleans, not deep restoration
  • End-of-tenancy cleans are deep cleans and include carpet cleaning unless otherwise stated
  • Services outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges

5. Carpet Cleaning

  • Included only in end-of-tenancy packages
  • Airbnb carpet cleaning is charged separately
  • Stains may not be fully removable due to wear, age, or prior damage

6. Quality & Feedback

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will assess and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted

7. Damage & Liability

  • Clnr takes care at all times
  • Pre-existing damage must be disclosed prior to cleaning
  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided

8. Right to Refuse Service

Clnr reserves the right to refuse or withdraw service in cases of:

  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Severe neglect or biohazards not disclosed in advance
  • Abuse toward staff

9. Pricing Updates

Prices are reviewed annually and may be updated with notice.
